Log in. Access the Avigilon Unity (formerly ACC and ACM) and Avigilon Alta (formerly Openpath and Ava Security) partner portal logins.

Before you can edit the cameras in the system, you must first log in to the cameras. When you launch the Camera Configuration Tool, you are immediately prompted to log in to all discovered devices. In the User Name and Password fields, enter the camera credentials.

You can access ACC 5.x and 6.x using the ACC Gateway Web Client. This is with the ACC Server, ACC Gateway, and a web browser. In ACC 7.12 and later, you can use the Avigilon Cloud Services (ACS). This uses the ACC Web Endpoint (WEP) instead of the ACC Gateway. There is no ACC Gateway in ACC 7 and later.

Steps to do when ACC Client can discover the ACC Site but is not able to log in. When you attempt to login, you may see the following error: “A communication error occurred when trying to log in to site.”

The Avigilon Ava cameras software is installed on each Avigilon Ava camera. The software is accessed by connecting to the camera USB-C connection (not available on Avigilon Ava Quad), or by connecting via the Ethernet connection on the camera.

You can log in to all sites that you have access to under the same credentials. In the top-right corner, click > Client Settings. Select the Automatically log in to sites: checkbox and select one of the following: Using Windows Authentication — use your Windows credentials.
